Primary and Secondary School Visit
The visit consists of the following:
- Our main transportation then and now;
- Map of Nunavik:
- 14 villages
- 2 Hospitals
- Population
- Our writing system:
- Teach students how to write their name in Inuttitut
- Nunavik parks;
- Kangiqsualujjuaq in winter and Kangirsujuaq in summer;
- Inuit faces and clothes we wear;
- Some Nunavik animals;
- We tell you about the many uses of Inutsuk;
- We talk about a usual day of a young Inuk from Nunavik their
age;
- Show the students pictures of Inuit games and do 1 game;
- Do the hat game. 1 winner gets a prize;
- Question period;
